Where we ship
Mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Canada.
Timing
Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.
We dispatch without undue delay and within thirty days at the latest from the conclusion of the contract. If we miss that deadline you may cancel the order.
Customs — Switzerland and Canada
These destinations are outside the European Union, so customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in the displayed price.
Damaged, lost or incomplete parcels
Tell us within 14 days at support@miloveo.com, quoting your order number and attaching photographs if the parcel arrived damaged. Where the carrier is at fault we replace or refund.
Incorrect address
Please check your address before confirming. A parcel returned to us because the address was incomplete may incur a further shipping charge.
