Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These terms govern sales made on miloveo.com between MMM CAPITAL LIMITED, Unit 903A, 9/F., Cameron Commercial Centre, 458–468 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, registered under number 79873246 (“we”, “the Seller”), and any buyer acting as a consumer (“you”, “the Customer”). Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Products

We sell the products shown on the site, subject to availability. Photographs are illustrative; minor differences in shade or finish are not defects.

Our support, bedding and massage items are comfort products and are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery. Delivery costs €2.99 per order, with no minimum spend and regardless of how many items you buy.

Where we advertise a price reduction, the reference price shown is the lowest price we charged in the thirty days before the announcement.

For Switzerland and Canada, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply. These are payable by you and are not included in the displayed price.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is final once payment is confirmed, and we send a confirmation email. Payment details are transmitted encrypted to our payment provider; we never see or store them.

We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. We dispatch without undue delay and within thirty days at the latest from the conclusion of the contract. If we miss that deadline you may cancel the contract.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have fourteen (14) days from receiving the last item in your order to withdraw, with no reason required and no penalty.

Return: send the goods back no later than fourteen days after notifying us. Return postage is at your cost, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Refund: within fourteen days of us receiving the goods back or you proving you sent them, to the original payment method, including the standard delivery charge you originally paid.

Exceptions: hygiene products unsealed by you that cannot be returned for health protection reasons; digital content supplied immediately after your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal.

You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

7. Statutory guarantees

Separately from any commercial warranty, we remain liable under the statutory guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Where you are resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.

Any commercial warranty we offer is in addition to these statutory rights and never replaces them.
